Refund policy
i hope you love your crystals. however, if something isn't right, i understand.
please choose your pieces carefully. if you're unsure before purchasing, you're always welcome to reach out for guidance before placing your order.
returns
you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
to be eligible:
– items must be unused and in their original condition
– items must be returned in their original packaging
– proof of purchase is required
to begin a return, please email info@mysacredsoul.com. items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. i recommend using a tracked service as i cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. if a return arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging, a refund may not be issued.
sale items
items marked as final sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned or refunded. discount codes do not affect your right to return an item under standard policy.
damages & transit issues
please inspect your order upon arrival.
if your item arrives damaged due to transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging so the issue can be assessed.
each situation is reviewed individually. a replacement or refund may be offered where appropriate.
natural inclusions, small surface marks, colour variations or internal fractures are part of a crystal's natural formation and are not considered faults.
breakages after delivery
crystals are natural materials and can contain internal fault lines that are not always visible. occasionally, a piece may crack or break after handling.
if a crystal breaks after it has been received and used, this is not considered a product fault.
some people believe crystals can break during periods of energetic shift or change. while i respect personal spiritual perspectives, breakages that occur after delivery cannot be refunded or replaced.
each case is assessed individually, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for post-delivery breakages.
non-returnable items
the following cannot be returned or refunded:
– gift cards
– digital products, including the 5 reasons your crystals aren't working guide, which is non-refundable once accessed or downloaded
– intuitive crystal readings, due to their personalised nature
once work has begun on a reading, it is non-refundable.
refunds
once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
if approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
please note — if an item is returned to me in an unsatisfactory condition or without prior approval, a refund may be declined.
