Shipping policy
all orders are cleansed, prepared and packed intentionally before dispatch.
please allow 2–3 working days for processing. orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.
you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number. please note delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
all parcels are sent via royal mail.
uk delivery
standard tracked (2–3 business days) – £4.49
express tracked (1–2 business days) – £5.49
free standard tracked shipping on orders over £50
special delivery is available on request — please message before placing your order and i'll confirm the cost based on your parcel.
international delivery
all international orders are sent via royal mail international tracked. prices apply to parcels up to 1kg. if your order exceeds 1kg, please message before ordering and i'll calculate your postage for you. for smaller orders, feel free to message me and i'm happy to look at recalculating postage.
ireland (3–5 business days) – £9.99

canada (5–8 business days) – £21.49
international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country upon arrival. i am unable to calculate or predict these fees in advance and i am not liable for any additional charges incurred. please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.
incorrect addresses
please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. i am not responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided at checkout.
returned parcels
if a parcel is returned to me due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or not being collected, please get in touch. re-delivery will require the postage cost to be covered before the order is resent.
lost or delayed parcels
delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays. if your order hasn't arrived within the following timeframes from your dispatch date, please get in touch and i'll look into it for you:
uk – 5 business days
ireland & europe – 10 business days
usa, australia & canada – 15 business days
please note i am unable to raise a claim with royal mail until these timeframes have passed.
