Palo Santo, 'holy wood' in Spanish, harvested from South America is believed to have many healing benefits. Not only does the act of burning Palo Santo cleanse negative energy from the atmosphere or unwanted energy from your crystals; its sweet mint, lemon and pine scent is said to promote good fortune. Palo Santo inspires creativity, love, positivity and joy whilst reducing feelings of anxiety and stress. 

If meditation is ying, Palo Santo is yang, as it pairs beautifully with the state of mediation as it allows you to dive deeper into the divine and inspire inner-connection. By calming the mind, this mystical wood helps relieve anxiety, stress and depression whilst calming the mind - encouraging a good night's sleep. 

Not short of physical healing properties, Palo Santo is believed to treat flu, colds, flus, anxiety, depression, asthma, bronchitis, headaches, and manifested emotional trauma.
